iMany, one of the original Contract Management software providers has re-branded to Revitas, the company announced recently.  The change in name reflects the company’s revised focus on three core areas:  Contracts, Pricing and Compliance Management.  iMany ContractSphere, the long-standing brand for iMany’s Contract Lifecycle Management platform, will also be rebranded to Revitas.

iMany was acquired by private equity firm LLR Partners in 2009, after a decline in iMany’s traditional market of Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences.  The company has since recovered significantly.
